PMC's servo Tuning Assistant™ is a full-featured auto-tuning program for servo systems controlled by PMC motion controllers. It incorporates Windows wizards, easy to use controls, a comprehensive on-line user's manual, and many flexible options for modifying the tuning algorithm.

Tuning Assistant is not only designed to reduce a machine builder's development time, but also to help them characterize and improve their machine's performance. For more details, visit the following pages:

PC Requirements

Microsoft Windows required with 25MB of free disk space and at least 32MB of memory.

Supported Motion Controllers

Multiflex PCI (all versions), DCX-PCI300, DCX-AT300, DCX-AT200 (firmware v4.2 or later).
Note - to use Tuning Assistant, you must first install version 3.4.1 or later of the Motion Control API.
