How to Order
Placing your Order
Customers can place purchase orders directly with PMC via email, fax or telephone:
With your order, please indicate the exact part numbers and quantity you are interested in buying, your company shipping and billing information, and the desired shipping service and delivery date.
After we receive your order, we will email you a formal Order Confirmation which will confirm the products to be shipped, their prices, the shipment dates, the shipping cost, the general terms and conditions and the total charges for your order. If you accept and agree with the information in the Order Confirmation, we ask you to indicate your acceptance by responding with your written approval. Once we receive your written approval of our Order Confirmation, we will process your order and schedule your shipment as confirmed.
For international orders, or any order requiring payment in-advance, we will also send you a legally binding Pro-Forma Invoice which you can use to arrange payment.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard, wire-transfer, C.O.D. or check.
With prior credit approval, 30-day net payment terms may be extended to U.S. customers. Customers who wish to obtain credit from PMC should submit one bank and three trade references. Please allow 3-5 days for credit verification and approval.
Our standard products are typically in-stock, available for immediate shipment. Confirmed orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders received before noon can usually be shipped the same-day. Note: We fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot guarantee availability of all parts, especially for larger quantity orders. Lead-times may apply. Please check availability before placing your order.

PMC offers no-risk product trial evaluations to qualified customers. Under this program, qualified OEM's and machine builders can purchase PMC products for testing and PMC will refund 100% of the purchase price if not completely satisfied. Service & Repair
Warranty service and repair is performed at the PMC factory in Carlsbad, California.
