How to Order

Placing your Order

Please email us your Purchase Order in PDF format to:

On your order, please include a Purchase Order Number and indicate the part numbers and quantities to be purchased or serviced. Also include your company shipping and billing addresses and related contact information, and the desired shipping method and your shipping account number if available. Please note that we ship exclusively via UPS or FedEx. Shipment terms: EXW/FOB Origin.

After we receive your order, we will email you a formal Order Confirmation and legally binding Pro-Forma Invoice which will confirm the products ordered, their prices, estimated lead-times or shipment dates, the shipping cost, the general terms and conditions and the total charges for your order.

If you accept and agree with the information in the Order Confirmation, we ask you to indicate your acceptance by responding with your approval and arrange payment at least 1-week prior to the desired ship date per the included Pro-Forma Invoice. Once we receive approval and payment, we will allocate and schedule your order or RMA service accordingly as confirmed.

International Orders

All international orders require payment in-advance. To arrange payment we issue to buyers a legally binding Pro-Forma Invoice which you can use to arrange payment. Shipment terms: EXW (ExWorks) Supplier dock, Carlsbad, California USA.

Methods of Payment

We accept payment by check, domestic ACH bank credit or international wire-transfer. Before submitting your payment, please contact us at to confirm the remittance address and bank information.

Product Availability

Our standard products are typically in-stock, available for immediate shipment. Confirmed orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders received before noon can usually be shipped the same-day. Note: We fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot guarantee availability of all parts, especially for larger quantity orders. Lead-times may apply. Please check availability before placing your order.

Our Pricing

We strive to fulfill our Corporate Mission by providing top quality products that offer the best value in their class. We offer aggressive quantity price discounts to our customers who buy in volume. Custom Engineering

One of the most important aspects of our support strategy is our ability to quickly deliver custom solutions to our OEM customers. We're able to provide our customers with significant new features or performance enhancements, usually within just hours or days of a request.

Our product designs also play a crucial role in this strategy. Our current products feature a flexible FPGA architecture and generous CPU processing power, which allow us to easily add new features or optimize performance for specific tasks without over-burdening the hardware. Warranty, Service & Repair

PMC Product Warranty

All products manufactured by PMC are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year after the date of shipment.

Service & Repair

Warranty service and repair is performed at the PMC factory in Carlsbad, California. Before you return a product to be tested and/or repaired, please use our online RMA Request Form to obtain a Return Material Authorization number and shipping instructions.
