Why does PMC ask for application information before issuing a quote?
Our products are not suitable for every project, or every user. Therefore, we strive to ensure that our products will work well for an intended application before we quote pricing. Our experience has shown us that if we have the correct information up-front, we can help our customers save time and avoid problems later on. Another important reason is that we want users to get fair and accurate pricing. Some of our product lines are difficult to acurately configure and price without a good knoweledge of the product and options available. With the right information, we can ensure that customers get the right price, the first time. |
